Before turning to novels, Jay wrote a humorous, slightly sentimental weekly column for the Covington Daily News called ‘The Home Dad Chronicles.’ The weekly column followed Jay’s life as a stay-home dad. Several of the columns were later published in national parenting magazines.
When not behind the keyboard, Jay can be found playing disc golf or stretched out on a beach somewhere, soaking up the rays and thinking about plots, characters, and mayhem.
